QUALITY & SAFETY
Planned carefully. Checked throughout.
Work quality and site safety depend on clear requirements, coordinated responsibilities and disciplined execution. Our approach follows the agreed project information, inspection requirements and the controls of the site.
Define the work before executing it.
Confirm the drawings, specifications, BOQ, materials, work boundaries, approvals and interfaces. Record assumptions and outstanding decisions so the execution team works from a consistent basis.
Coordinate the checks that matter.
Inspection and completion requirements are planned for the actual work package.
Inspection
Check the agreed material, fabrication and installation requirements. Identify hold points, witness attendance and observation close-outs where specified.
Testing
Clarify the system boundaries, specified tests, acceptance criteria and responsible parties. Keep the appropriate records for the package.
Completion
Record observations, reinstatement and handover documentation, including the information needed for operation and future maintenance.
Respect the site’s safety controls.
Coordinate permits, access, isolations, lifting arrangements and other site controls with the authorised team. Safety-critical activities require competent planning and the site’s approved procedures. Responsibilities for system release and return to service must be explicit.
Clear records support clear handover.
The required documentation is agreed for the work: relevant drawings, material or equipment information, inspection/test records, observations, as-built information and completion documents. Required approvals, specialist responsibilities and supporting records are defined in the agreed project documentation.
