SPECIALIST SERVICES

HVAC systems, coordinated around the site.

HVAC, ventilation and ductwork packages for industrial and building applications. We coordinate equipment, air distribution and associated installation interfaces around the approved requirements and the practical conditions on site.

Typical work packages.

The final package follows the approved project information and agreed scope.

Air-side systems Duct fabrication and installation, ventilation and air-cooling arrangements, grilles, louvers and dampers within the agreed package. Equipment duties and materials follow the project requirements.

Equipment and connections Installation coordination for HVAC equipment and its supports, access and service connections. Chilled-water and related piping interfaces are defined with the other responsible teams.

Maintenance and improvements Inspection-led maintenance, repair and operating improvements can be scoped for existing installations. AMC and preventive-maintenance requirements are discussed against the equipment, use and site conditions.

Plan the interfaces. Record the completion.

Confirm equipment schedules, airflow and space requirements, drawings, access for maintenance, power/control responsibilities and interfaces before installation. Coordinate ductwork, pipework and insulation so inspection and service access remain practical.

Inspection, testing and handover Record installation observations and coordinate the specified equipment, airflow or system checks. Commissioning duties, specialist attendance and performance criteria are agreed for the package rather than assumed.

Useful enquiry information Send the site location, building or process use, equipment schedule, available HVAC drawings, required ventilation or cooling scope, working-hour constraints and maintenance needs.
