Structures and platforms
Structural steel, working platforms and associated fabricated assemblies within the agreed package. Design information, loads and connection requirements are confirmed before fabrication.
Supports and racks
Pipe racks, equipment supports and connected fabricated items coordinated with service routes, equipment locations, access and maintenance requirements.
Workshop and site work
Fabrication and site-erection arrangements suited to the package. Where appropriate, on-site fabrication can be planned around available workspace, power, access, materials and site controls.
Plan the interfaces. Record the completion.
Establish drawing status, material specifications, connection details, fabrication responsibilities and the erection sequence. Coordinate dimensions and interfaces before releasing assemblies to fabrication or site.
Inspection, testing and handover
Coordinate the required material, fabrication, installation and finish inspections. Welding, protective coatings, specialist checks and completion records follow the agreed specification and responsibilities.
