SPECIALIST SERVICES

Connected work packages. One coordinated delivery plan.

Coordinated electromechanical and MEP execution for projects involving several connected disciplines. The exact turnkey package, supply responsibilities and exclusions are defined against the project requirements.

Typical work packages.

The final package follows the approved project information and agreed scope.

Connected disciplines
HVAC, piping, insulation, fabrication, fire fighting and relevant electromechanical interfaces brought together within a clearly agreed work package.

Supply and installation
Material and equipment responsibilities, fabrication, installation, specialist inputs and work-front sequencing coordinated around the agreed programme.

Operating-site integration
New works, plant upgrades and alterations considered with existing operations, access, shutdown interfaces and the site team’s control requirements.

Plan the interfaces. Record the completion.

Establish a scope and responsibility matrix before execution. Confirm approved drawings, BOQ, supply boundaries, equipment interfaces, authority/specialist duties, exclusions and decision points.

Inspection, testing and handover
Use coordinated inspection and completion requirements across the included disciplines. Testing, commissioning, records and handover are planned by work package and assigned to the responsible teams.
